You'll drive AI/ML-powered merchant and shopping experiences at Pinterest, leading personalization initiatives across organic and paid surfaces. You'll ship impactful models that help users discover new brands while helping merchants build diverse audiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and launch AI/ML-powered shopping experiences
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data Science
• Set product vision, strategy, and success metrics for personalization
• Identify and prioritize opportunities in the Curation portfolio

📋 Requirements

• Track record in AI/ML products for e-commerce at scale
• Technical fluency in AI/ML product development and LLMs
• Product discovery skills including customer research and strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B2C or dual-customer operating models
• Comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional audiences
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces
