Description

As a Field Clinical Engineer at Neuralink, you will work directly with study participants to support device use, training, and optimization in clinical and home settings. You'll collaborate with surgeons, investigators, and internal teams to ensure seamless clinical execution and high-quality data collection, translating real-world use into actionable insights for product development.

Requirements

• Clinical training and hands-on experience in PM&R, OT, or PT with neurological populations
• 3+ years in clinical, field-based, or medical device role (rehab, neuromodulation, assistive tech)
• Demonstrated experience working with patients and clinicians in dynamic care environments
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot clinical and technical issues in real time

Responsibilities
