🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Coordinate care as case manager and supervise hospice aides

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in state and CPR certification
• Recent acute care experience or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile
