🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage international compliance and equity plan administration
• Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, and Finance for accurate data processing
• Prepare SEC filings and manage Section 16 compliance
• Oversee quarterly calendar and employee equity education

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of stock administration experience
• CEP designation or willingness to complete within 18 months
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup)
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to equity programs
