💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one with a student who has intensive educational and medical needs, ensuring access to the general education curriculum. You'll implement behavior intervention plans and support student health needs. This role is part of High Tech High's integrated network of charter schools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with 1:1 instruction and implement student health plans
• Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluation
• Support toileting, hygiene, lifting, or transferring students
• Establish rapport to improve behavior and academic performance

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Associate's degree or 48+ college credits or state assessment pass
• Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and math

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a school or learning environment
• 6+ months implementing Applied Behavior Analysis
