You'll build features for Reducto Studio, helping customers design and evaluate document workflows. Your work will make complex AI capabilities feel simple through delightful user experiences. This role offers direct collaboration with founders and customers to shape product direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and refine document viewers, extraction workflows, and editing interfaces
• Ideate, prototype, and iteratively deliver new features like form filling and document classification
• Implement real-time collaboration features and responsive interfaces across devices
• Work within design system and stack (Next.js, Tailwind, Convex) to ship high-quality features

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years building applications with modern frameworks
• Exceptional TypeScript and React skills
• Strong design sensibility and product intuition
• Quantitative approach to building products and ability to iterate fast

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience founding a company or building products at early stages
• Experience with document viewers, PDF rendering, or complex data visualization
• Up-to-date with latest in frontend engineering and design systems
