You'll lead brand design initiatives for MOIA's autonomous mobility brand, coordinating a small creative team and external partners. Your core impact will be ensuring consistent, high-quality brand identity across digital, motion, print, and physical touchpoints. This role offers hybrid flexibility and a strong focus on AI-powered design tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate brand design requests across the organization
• Plan and prioritize the Brand Design team's workload
• Manage brand design assets, libraries, and guidelines
• Lead collaboration with agencies and freelancers

📋 Requirements

• Professional experience in brand design or brand management
• Strong understanding of brand identity systems across channels
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners
• AI-powered design tool proficiency (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, Jira
• German language skills
