Description

You will lead a small team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, optimize proprietary equipment, manage NPI and continuous improvement projects, and serve as a technical escalation point in a fast-growing MedTech company. Your work directly impacts surgical outcomes for patients worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of hands-on engineering in advanced manufacturing (regulated environment preferred)
• Proven success in improving production metrics through design or process improvements
• Experience mentoring or leading a technical team
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a team of 2-4 manufacturing engineers and technicians
• Debug and optimize complex proprietary automation equipment
• Coordinate product and equipment introduction and change control processes
• Lead root cause analysis and quality/yield issue resolution
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and operations on manufacturing strategy
