You'll define and evolve the global marketing/growth experiment affiliate framework, driving strategy and revenue growth. Working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams, you'll lead new product growth and expand channels in key regions. This role offers the chance to shape affiliate growth for a crypto industry leader in a hybrid Shanghai-based environment.

• Define and evolve global affiliate marketing framework across channels
• Map out affiliate growth strategy initiatives and experiments
• Lead new product growth to drive high volume revenue
• Manage global affiliate expense budget and ROI

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in finance/crypto industry with affiliate resources
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
• Deep understanding of crypto industry and market analysis
• Fluent English and proven team leadership
