Description

You will serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Air Dominance & Strike, driving alignment and execution across a broad portfolio of initiatives. You'll manage cross-functional integration, executive operations, governance, and high-impact strategic projects to ensure the division operates at a high level.

Requirements

• 6-12 years professional experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting
• Demonstrated success in Chief of Staff or COO-like roles supporting senior executives
• Exceptional communication and executive writing skills
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to SVP, driving clarity and focus across initiatives
• Design and manage cross-functional integration with key stakeholders
• Prepare and facilitate executive meetings, all hands, and offsites
• Own business rhythm including QBRs, strategic planning, and team communications
• Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation to execution
