Description

You will execute new product introduction builds, operate automated equipment, and resolve production issues to ensure high-quality, cost-effective hardware for SpaceX's Starlink user terminals. This role involves process development, continuous improvement, and transitioning products from development to volume production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering, math, or science; or HS diploma + 3 years manufacturing experience
• Experience with automated equipment: paste printer, SPI, pick and place, reflow oven, AOI, X-ray, adhesive dispenser, BGA rework
• Ability to deliver high-quality hardware in fast-paced NPI environment
• Excellent computer skills (ERP/MRP/MES, custom software)
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR)

• Execute new product introduction builds across work centers
• Program, load, and operate automated equipment
• Triage non-conforming products and drive resolution
• Perform process development and validation on new models
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost
