Requirements

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO/SEM, email, social, and web analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Stellar Algo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly and monthly digital performance reporting across paid media, web, app, email, and SMS
  • Build fan segmentation strategies and automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develop cross-channel digital marketing plans and define KPIs for key campaigns
  • Optimize web/app traffic, engagement, and conversion rates through testing and UX improvements
  • Supervise and develop marketing department staff
