Description

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will partner with mid-to-large enterprise accounts to drive wide-scale business transformation. You'll build multi-year success plans and align with executive stakeholders to turn operational data into measurable outcomes, working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting
  • Solid priority management and high emotional intelligence for enterprise account complexity
  • Adept at solving complex problems and communicating with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops to understand customer's business and recommend how to leverage the Samsara platform
  • Own executive-level customer strategy by leading data-driven business reviews with senior decision-makers
  • Deeply understand the Samsara platform and explain its capabilities to various industries
  • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles while scaling globally
