🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate live training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Create and update training content and course materials.
• Assist in developing feedback and training measurement criteria.
• Run training pilots and focus groups to test new programs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US Client Services or equivalent.
• 1+ years supporting L&D initiatives for Client Services professionals.
• Experience with Out-of-Home (OOH) Media or Client Services strongly preferred.

• Out-of-Home (OOH) Media experience.
• Experience with asynchronous learning tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
