You will be the founding seller for the CEE region from our Madrid hub, owning the full sales cycle with a 70% focus on net-new logos and 30% on strategic expansion. You'll build the market entry strategy, evangelize our visual automation platform, and collaborate with partners to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B software sales, owning full sales cycle
  • Experience in high-growth scale-up environment
  • Hands-on curiosity with logic-based workflows and AI automation
  • Significant experience in CEE market (Poland and/or Czech Republic)
  • Fluent in English; Polish or Czech is a plus

  • Act as founding seller for CEE region, building market entry blueprint

  • Evangelize platform at local events and close key deals
