Description
You will be the founding seller for the CEE region from our Madrid hub, owning the full sales cycle with a 70% focus on net-new logos and 30% on strategic expansion. You'll build the market entry strategy, evangelize our visual automation platform, and collaborate with partners to drive growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B software sales, owning full sales cycle
- Experience in high-growth scale-up environment
- Hands-on curiosity with logic-based workflows and AI automation
- Significant experience in CEE market (Poland and/or Czech Republic)
- Fluent in English; Polish or Czech is a plus

- Act as founding seller for CEE region, building market entry blueprint
- Drive net-new growth with 70% focus on landing enterprise logos
- Evangelize platform at local events and close key deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and report to senior management
- Collaborate with partners and resellers to accelerate lead generation
