🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify prospects and convert leads into policies
• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
• Outbound calls and closing deals
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license or willingness to obtain
• High organization and time management
