🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify product optimization opportunities and define product requirements based on user feedback and data.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Own GTM strategy for new feature launches including user communication and performance tracking.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to improve core metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations or related role.
• Crypto/Web3 industry experience required (trading product experience a strong plus).
• Data analysis skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools like SQL.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) as a working language.

• Experience with social or content platforms.
• SQL proficiency.
