You'll own and evolve the infrastructure for querying Solana's multi-petabyte ledger. Your work will power apps used by millions, including Coinbase and Phantom. You'll define technical direction and set standards for engineering excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect ingestion and indexing systems for archival infrastructure
• Drive technical strategy for API performance and scalability
• Design and optimize data models in ClickHouse, Postgres, RocksDB
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate team capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Rust, C++, or equivalent systems languages
• Proven experience with distributed systems at scale
• Expert-level knowledge of database internals and optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Solana or blockchain infrastructure
• Deep expertise in Postgres, ClickHouse, or RocksDB internals
• Previous Staff Engineer or Principal Engineer role
