You'll be the operational backbone of talent acquisition during rapid scaling. You'll manage interview coordination across all roles and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You'll handle high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones while maintaining data integrity in our ATS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
• Manage candidate communication from outreach through offer
• Coordinate travel logistics for out-of-town candidates
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and generate metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in recruiting coordination or operations
• High-volume scheduling and complex logistics management
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Experience supporting technical recruiting or AI/ML companies
• Familiarity with scheduling automation platforms
