As a Retail Associate (Budtender), you will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through product selection, offering cannabis education, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and integrity with financial transactions

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport to promote return visits
• Provide expert guidance on product selection based on customer needs and regulations
• Educate customers on strain types, cannabinoid profiles, and consumption methods
• Accurately process transactions using POS and seed-to-sale tracking systems
• Adhere to state cannabis laws and internal SOPs, including ID verification and purchase limits
