- Lead implementation and governance of job architecture frameworks
- Oversee compensation alignment during hiring processes
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with external vendors
- Act as primary internal coordinator for recruitment operations
- Monitor and improve onboarding processes with cross-functional teams
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, talent management, or related field
- 5โ7 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR program management, or talent strategy
- Experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and ensure service quality
