  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with external vendors

  • Monitor and improve onboarding processes with cross-functional teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, talent management, or related field
  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR program management, or talent strategy
  • Experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors and ensure service quality
