You'll partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment excellence for Sales & Marketing roles across EMEA at Veeam. Your core impact will be building diverse talent pipelines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This role offers the chance to coach recruiters and shape hiring strategies for a global leader in data resilience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing through offer
• Source talent proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative channels
• Provide weekly progress reports and share market intelligence

📋 Requirements

• Four to seven years of EMEA talent acquisition experience
• Hired sales and marketing roles across multiple seniority levels
• Communicate fluently in English at advanced levels
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• Good knowledge of German language
