You'll lead Odoo ERP implementation across finance functions for a portfolio of 30+ AI-first products. You'll optimize financial workflows and drive automation, directly impacting business scalability. This role offers a chance to shape financial processes at a rapidly growing product ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead business analysis for Odoo implementation in finance functions
• Bridge between stakeholders and developers/implementation partners
• Analyze and document business requirements into functional specs
• Configure Odoo modules using no-code/low-code tools

📋 Requirements

• Practical experience implementing or administering Odoo or other ERP systems
• Deep understanding of finance processes: accounting, AP/AR, payroll, treasury
• Experience writing business requirements documents and functional specs
• Ability to map and optimize processes with BPMN, Miro, or similar tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for process optimization
• Knowledge of ERP integrations via API with banking, payroll, CRM, BI systems
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data migration and reconciliations
