Description

You will support the sales and delivery of modernization engagements, helping legacy applications transition to MongoDB using a combination of GenAI tools and specialized automation. You'll facilitate workshops, deliver complex demonstrations, and collaborate with sales teams to drive account strategy.

Requirements

• 8-11 years of customer-facing experience, with 5-7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
• Minimum 3 years experience with modern scripting (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience with modern software development processes (agile, domain-driven design, microservices, TDD, event-driven architectures)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions with customer architects, developers, and business leaders
• Install and deliver complex demonstrations using Docker and Github Codespaces
• Strategize with sales teams and provide recommendations on multi-threaded account strategy
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites
