Description

You will provide in-person support to Lyft drivers at Flexdrive facilities, assisting with car rentals, vehicle preparation, lot organization, and maintaining high service standards to help drivers succeed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of in-person customer service experience in retail, technical support, or hospitality
• Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Team player mentality with patience and self-governance

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the car rental process including check-in, vehicle assignment, and returns
• Prepare rental vehicles by fueling, cleaning, installing telematics, and conducting inspections
• Manage vehicle lot organization and transportation
• Flag vehicle issues and program challenges to the Operations Lead
• Uphold high service standards and act as an ambassador for the Lyft brand
