🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide proactive and ad-hoc support for hardware and software issues
• Onboard new employees with assets and accounts
• Manage user access and enforce compliance policies
• Contribute to knowledge base and improvement projects

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical support experience
• Working knowledge of PC support, networking, and Windows and Mac OS
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues
• Ability to provide remote support over chat, phone, and video

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MDM, Office365, Google Workspace, Jira/Atlassian
• Certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, ITIL or KCS
• Coding or scripting experience
