💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. You'll also assist with daily operations and store opening/closing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is pulled away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations.
