You'll oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of parking facilities, owning the regional P&L and top-line growth. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Legal, and manage a Partner Success Manager and Operations Manager. This role requires wearing many hats, from pricing and marketing to vendor negotiations and owner-partner relationships.

  • Own the regional P&L and top-line growth.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly property performance.
  • Run owner-partner relationships end-to-end.
  • Manage Partner Success and Operations Managers.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations management.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing P&L.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Comfortable working long hours including nights and weekends.
