You'll support user acquisition campaigns across paid channels like Meta, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn for a gaming commerce company. You'll contribute to campaign optimization, testing roadmaps, and performance reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C growth marketing within a global gaming ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily UA campaigns across paid channels.
• Plan and optimize performance campaigns for B2B and B2C goals.
• Contribute to structured testing roadmap and document results.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag optimization recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
• Hands-on campaign management on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Working knowledge of B2B and B2C metrics (CPL, ROAS, CPA).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.

• Exposure to mobile UA platforms or attribution tools.
• Experience with A/B testing or funnel analysis.
• Familiarity with GA4 or web analytics tools.
