You will own end-to-end media planning, buying, optimization, and measurement across traditional and digital channels, connecting upper-funnel investments to near-term impact and long-term value creation. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, managing agencies and platforms to drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in media planning/buying or performance marketing with deep digital expertise
  • Proven ability to build brand through a performance lens
  • Strong analytical skills including experimentation and incrementality
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs (DV360, TTD), CTV partners, ad servers, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-channel media strategy and planning across TV, CTV, OLV, Audio, Display, Direct Mail, and local media
  • Manage agencies and platform partners, including briefs, KPIs, rate negotiation, and brand safety
  • Design and execute test-and-learn roadmap for audiences, creative, supply, and bidding
  • Own budgets, pacing, forecasting, and reporting on ROI and trade-offs
  • Lead incrementality and geo experiments, and contribute to MMM and attribution
