Description
You will own end-to-end media planning, buying, optimization, and measurement across traditional and digital channels, connecting upper-funnel investments to near-term impact and long-term value creation. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, managing agencies and platforms to drive measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years in media planning/buying or performance marketing with deep digital expertise
- Proven ability to build brand through a performance lens
- Strong analytical skills including experimentation and incrementality
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (DV360, TTD), CTV partners, ad servers, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-channel media strategy and planning across TV, CTV, OLV, Audio, Display, Direct Mail, and local media
- Manage agencies and platform partners, including briefs, KPIs, rate negotiation, and brand safety
- Design and execute test-and-learn roadmap for audiences, creative, supply, and bidding
- Own budgets, pacing, forecasting, and reporting on ROI and trade-offs
- Lead incrementality and geo experiments, and contribute to MMM and attribution
