💼 About This Role

You'll build FLORA's data function from scratch as the first data hire, working with the CTO and Head of Product. You'll design data models, set up warehousing and pipelines, and build executive-level BI dashboards that drive product and growth decisions. This role offers ownership of the entire data infrastructure and the chance to shape how a creative OS scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit existing PostHog data, events, and user behaviors
• Design and implement data models with solid metadata collection
• Stand up data infrastructure, warehousing, and processing pipelines
• Build executive-level BI dashboards for product and growth decisions

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
• Deep SQL fluency and strong fundamentals in a modern data platform
• Hands-on infrastructure experience setting up pipelines and schemas
• Availability to work in-person 5 days a week

✨ Nice to Have

• Python proficiency
• Deep PostHog experience with cohorts, funnels, warehouse sync
• Experience with activation models and A/B testing
