Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of modern data platforms for clients, owning scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes. You'll run agile delivery teams, guide medallion/lakehouse architectures, and partner with clients to translate business goals into scalable solutions on Snowflake and Azure Databricks. Requirements

• 5+ years of technology delivery leading data platform or analytics programs in consulting/professional services
• Proven success managing $1M–$5M+ multi-workstream programs with distributed teams
• Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake and Azure data services
• Strong command of agile delivery and tools (Jira/Azure DevOps)
• Practical experience implementing medallion architectures and lakehouse patterns
• Stakeholder management at VP/C-suite level
• BS/MS in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery across multi-workstream data initiatives
• Lead agile teams and mature Scrum/Kanban ceremonies
• Ensure adherence to medallion patterns, data contracts, CI/CD for data, and governance controls
• Orchestrate environments, security, and cost controls for Snowflake and Azure
• Serve as day-to-day executive client contact and run steering committees
• Own SOW scope, staffing, margin, and budget forecasting
• Coach PMs and tech leads; codify playbooks for repeatable delivery
