You'll lead the intelligence function for Mozilla Foundation, synthesizing geopolitical and technology landscape signals into actionable insights. Your work will shape strategy for high-stakes engagements and global convenings. This senior individual contributor role offers high autonomy and a quiet profile, reporting directly to the VP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and stabilize field intelligence function with landscape briefs and signal memos.
• Pre-brief VP, ED, and senior leadership for high-stakes engagements.
• Produce actionable intelligence on emerging technology governance shifts.
• Prepare positioning and intelligence for major international convenings.
• Strengthen systems for institutional knowledge accumulation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years working at intersection of technology and power in policy or intelligence.
• Deep command of AI, platform regulation, data sovereignty, and digital infrastructure governance.
• Strong networks in at least one major policy corridor like Brussels, Geneva, or London.
• Fluency in institutional, multilateral, and government dynamics.

• Experience in global majority contexts (Sub-Saharan Africa, Gulf, East Asia, Latin America).
• Existing reach into frontier technology policy communities.
