💼 About This Role

You'll own the company's liquidity strategy, debt management, and treasury operations for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You'll collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Legal to provide forward-looking cash visibility and manage large-scale capital deployments. You'll build the treasury function in a complex multi-entity environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish corporate investment framework to optimize yield on surplus cash
• Own cash positioning and 13-week liquidity forecasting across entities
• Manage debt schedules, lender compliance, and covenant reporting
• Oversee SPV-level cash flows including capital contributions and distributions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years in corporate treasury, investment banking, or leveraged finance
• Expertise in capital structures, debt mechanics, and liquidity planning
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for cash flow and debt modeling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite or treasury workstations
• Knowledge of SPV/project-finance cash flow modeling
• Familiarity with multi-entity complex structures
