💼 About This Role

You'll join the Heart of the House team at Fixins Soul Kitchen, preparing traditional soul food in a fast-paced environment. Your core impact will be maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation while executing baking tasks and prep work efficiently. This role offers the chance to be part of a rapidly expanding Black-owned restaurant group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize workstation before, during, and after shift
• Bake and portion items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and allergens
• Operate station efficiently following recipe standards

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler’s Card and RBS Certification
