You'll serve as the primary point of contact for data integration services for K-12 school districts, ensuring seamless student data flow between district systems and Renaissance products. You'll troubleshoot integration challenges and conduct strategic check-ins to anticipate system changes. This role directly supports educators in improving learning outcomes through accurate data management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as dedicated Data Integration Analyst for assigned customers
• Deliver responsive troubleshooting for data integration challenges
• Proactively monitor systems to ensure integrations run on schedule
• Conduct strategic check-ins to identify upcoming system changes

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in relevant technical area
• 3+ years customer service experience
• Fundamental SQL skills for basic data querying
• Proficiency with Excel

• Experience with education industry
• Knowledge of data integration methods and SIS vendors like Clever
• Knowledge of data security best practices
