You'll work directly with strategic enterprise customers to help them adopt and scale a leading DevSecOps and AI-enabled platform. Your core impact is translating customer challenges into durable technical solutions and reusable architectural patterns. This role blends hands-on engineering with solution design in high-visibility enterprise environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth technical discovery to assess customer environments and opportunities
• Design end-to-end architecture and deployment strategies for enterprise and regulated environments
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and reusable accelerators across CI/CD and security
• Translate recurring field challenges into reference architectures and technical guides

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering or solutions architecture with enterprise customers
• Programming proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Go, or similar production languages
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, runners, and API integrations
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, and system design

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts, agentic workflows, and production constraints
