🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted consultant for customer implementations
• Design and deliver post-sales solutions and playbooks
• Guide customer engineering teams on SDK/API best practices
• Triage and resolve technical issues across customers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years in solutions engineering or technical project management
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and integrations
• Working knowledge of crypto and fintech

• Familiarity with tools like Gong, Pylon, Datadog
