Description

You will own platform systems that enable seamless health plan and employer launches, drive family activation and engagement, and provide internal teams with data and tools to operate efficiently. You will write code, build AI agents and dashboards, and collaborate closely with engineers to set standards for modern product management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of PM experience with meaningful time on platform, infrastructure, or B2B products
• Ability to write and ship code, including PRs, scripts, and tooling
• Experience building AI agents, LLM-powered automations, or workflow tools that create leverage
• Systems thinking and design for self-service, not one-off fixes
• Ownership of outcomes like activation rates, NRR, and partner success metrics
• Clear communication across engineering, clinical ops, and executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Scale B2B partner onboarding by building self-serve tooling for Medicaid plans and employers
• Drive family activation and 100% net revenue retention through registration, onboarding, and re-engagement flows
• Unblock the business by building dashboards, reporting pipelines, and resolving internal tooling requests and bugs
• Build AI agents and workflow automations to remove manual work and prototype faster using AI-assisted development
