Description

You will support the Post-Sales organization by driving Net Revenue Retention, expansion, and long-term customer value. You'll create dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and implement operational improvements to enhance visibility and execution across key revenue motions.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar at Fintech or SaaS company
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
• Moderate SQL skills with experience in data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards for Post-Sales leaders to track business performance
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and deliver insights on retention and expansion
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Support design and implementation of operational improvements with cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain capacity and funnel models for planning and scenario analysis
