Your work ensures bulletproof reliability of electromechanical systems in the field. You'll partner directly with design teams to root-cause failures and drive improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and bring up cutting-edge validation setups for complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Build and scale automated testing frameworks for faster testing.
• Investigate test failures and partner with design teams to engineer solutions.
• Identify vulnerabilities in validation coverage to catch design errors early.
• Execute tests and create foundational documentation for validation processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a validation engineer.
• BSc in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience automating processes with Python or similar.
• Comfortable navigating complex multidisciplinary systems and defining validation roadmaps.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
