You'll operate high-temperature reactors and vacuum systems to produce rare-earth metals for a critical U.S. supply chain. You'll translate engineering concepts into reliable production procedures. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on national energy independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate high-temperature reactors and vacuum systems
• Assemble and retrofit reactor subsystems and fixtures
• Execute SOPs, test plans, and trial runs with precision
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on fabrication experience (basic machining, assembly)
• Experience operating high-temperature or vacuum systems
• Mechanical aptitude with tools, rigging, and safety
• Detail-oriented with SOP adherence and documentation

• Experience building high-temperature reactors or vacuum subsystems
• Basic CAD familiarity (Fusion or similar)
• Coursework in chemistry or physics (thermo, materials)
