💼 About This Role

You'll build the GTM AI Brain from scratch, including agents and automations, partnering with the VP of RevOps to turn revenue workflows into shipped software. This is a hands-on builder role with direct impact on real users (the GTM team) and a direct line to the CTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the GTM AI Brain from scratch: agents, copilots, applications, and data plumbing.
• Partner daily with the VP of RevOps to translate revenue workflows into shipped software.
• Own technical architecture end to end: stack choices, data model, integrations, evals.
• Integrate GTM systems: Salesforce, Clay, Gong, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, billing.
• Set engineering standards for AI-native GTM systems and measure business impact.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
• Zero-to-one builder mindset with a track record of shipping from a blank repo to real users.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and AWS (or similar cloud).
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompt workflows, retrieval, tool calling, evals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with RevOps systems and workflows (CRM, forecasting, routing, etc.).
• Prior work on internal platforms, workflow automation, or revenue tooling.
• Experience embedded with a GTM team as the engineering counterpart.
