Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you'll handle service ticket resolution, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers in a residential community. You will also perform general upkeep and provide excellent customer service to residents, with potential weekend and on-call duties.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for emergency situations and on-call rotation
• Ability to exert 25-50 pounds frequently and 10-20 pounds constantly
• Personal reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements
• Preserve building beauty and community safety through general upkeep and snow removal
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies
