💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team to provide the best customer experience at a pop culture retail store. Your core impact is driving sales and training new recruits using fandom knowledge. This role also helps with daily operations and meeting sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
