You will lead global payroll implementation projects for the Nordics, acting as a subject matter expert on Denmark payroll. You'll manage client handovers, parallel runs, and ensure smooth transitions to the Payroll Operations team while improving processes.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
• Expert legislative knowledge of Denmark payroll
• Payroll implementation experience
• Proficiency with Intega payroll software in Denmark
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Nordics payroll (focus on Denmark)
• Lead implementation projects from inception to first live payroll
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders during implementations
• Mentor and support Payroll Generalists
