Description

You will provide virtual, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions. You'll conduct quality appointments designed for listening and personalized treatment, supported by a collaborative team and advanced technology.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted NP license in at least one US state
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• 3+ years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for women in midlife transitions
• Conduct telehealth appointments with time for listening and education
• Collaborate with clinical team and care coordinators
• Utilize structured protocols for hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Order labs, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals
