Description

You will drive post-acute and long-stay census results for Otterbein ministries in Toledo, Ohio by building relationships with hospital key accounts and executing marketing strategies to increase patient referrals.

Requirements

• BA/BS preferred; 3-5 years sales/marketing experience in healthcare referral marketing or senior care
• Knowledge of data management (CRM) programs preferred
• LPN, RN, or social worker with clinical liaison experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with hospital key accounts to drive referrals for long-term nursing and post-acute care
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans for the Toledo area
• Monitor payer mix to meet financial goals
• Coordinate marketing efforts to meet census goals and communicate anticipated referrals
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
