You'll join Carvana's team to paint vehicles using state-of-the-art equipment in a high-tech Inspection Center. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats.
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color matching.
• Paint correct vehicles to remove imperfections.
• Use water-based paint in paint booths.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional automotive painting experience.
• Valid driver's license and age 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must pass background check.

• ASE certification.
• Prior work in high-volume production environment.
