You'll provide exceptional customer service to Equitable Bank's existing customers and support mortgage inquiries through various communication channels in both English and Mandarin. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention in a hybrid work environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and digital correspondence from customers, solicitors, and brokers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate mortgage options and solutions.
  • Process mortgage account updates and maintain accurate system records.
  • Recognize retention triggers for renewal and refinance opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12 months of front-line customer service experience in finance or mortgage industry.
  • Post-secondary education (diploma).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and oral).
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential lending products and related legal terminology.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) product.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
